Highlights:
Nithiin steps out of his usual romantic roles to embrace a full-fledged mass film for the first time. He exudes confidence, effectively handling the mass sequences, with his body language and dialogue delivery aligning well with the film’s tone. Catherine Tresa delivers a decent performance in a supporting role, though her screen time is limited.
Vennela Kishore shines in the first half, playing an ego-driven character that adds humor, albeit in a somewhat exaggerated manner. The production values are commendable, with the visuals of Vizag and the mass sequences presented effectively. One of the film’s strongest points is Mahathi Swara Sagar’s music, especially the background score during the action scenes. Editing is competent, and the dialogues are serviceable.
Director SR Sekhar, however, delivers a subpar effort. He has chosen a conventional story and presented it in an equally conventional manner. While he has successfully showcased Nithiin’s mass appeal, the overall execution lacks the freshness needed to engage the audience.
